General information

ATTENTABILITY LLC attaches great importance to the protection of personal data. The collection, storage and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Saxon Data Protection Act (SächsDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and other data protection regulations. Logging

Access to the ATTENTABILITY LLC website is recorded in log files. Log files are generally created for each web page you visit. This is done anonymously and serves only statistical purposes and our efforts to further expand our online offering.

When you visit our website, data is transmitted to our web server via your Internet browser. This is not a specific function of our website, as this data is also generated when you access any other website on the Internet. Online course booking

We collect, store and process personal data during the ordering and booking process for the purpose of carrying out course bookings (initiation, conclusion, processing and reversal) and for the associated services (e.g. ensuring correspondence between you and us). We also use the personal data, anonymized of course, for statistical purposes in order to optimize our offer. It is not possible to identify you personally.

Your data is encrypted using software (SSL) and transmitted securely. You can recognize this by the symbol of a closed padlock in the address bar of your browser. Our website is protected by technical measures against damage, destruction and unauthorized access.

ATTENTABILITY LLC will not use your personal data for advertising or opinion research purposes without your consent.

Personal data may be stored for up to 12 years for legal reasons. After this period, the personal data will be destroyed in accordance with data protection law.

If courses are booked without using the online function (e.g. directly on site), the same personal data required to process the contractual relationship will also be collected and processed in this case.

In principle, your data may be passed on to institutions and service providers involved with ATTENTABILITY LLC insofar as this is necessary to process the contractual relationship.
