IN DETAIL

MINDFULNESS & CREATIVITY

After creating more openness and flexibility in Module 1, we are now looking at how innovations can be actively brought about. It is about how to generate the necessary insights that are required for truly creative and innovative solutions.

This is where we start with the topic of good listening. We move away from the ideal and make it concrete and feasible for you to experience what it means to listen well. We call it listening with intent.

This quality is important in order to be able to tackle the limitations and obstacles of the current reality in the further course of this module, as we will recreate the current reality through craft work, which is much loved by our participants.

By making the assumptions, beliefs and behavioral patterns associated with the current reality visible, it becomes clear where the levers of the desired change for the future can be applied in the present.

SOME MORES SHIFTS

I have learned how valuable it is to look at my context as a whole, to look at it from all directions and angles. Actively doing this and making time for it was new. And it produced so many insights.

I will adopt the habit of listening more to the people around me. I usually approach things with the attitude that I already know the result. Here I have learned to wonder.

This course was exactly in line with the spirit of the times. People long for more community, and only those who have a functioning community can be successful. This applies to the company, to the family, to sport. Today I have learned how to support this.

I feel that we are stronger together.

I learned to be more open to different things and to face my issues in listening to myself more. I will adopt trying to use some reflecting skills in my “normal” work life.
