IN DETAIL

MINDFULNESS & CHANGE

After building proficiencies, and clarifying challenges and potentials in Modules 1 and 2, practicing advanced methods helps you – as individuals, teams and organizations – find the way from where you are now to where you want to be.

Small changes create movement, and this movement grows into progress. For this, personal agency is important. Module 3 includes uncovering some current habits and learning how to generate new ones where you choose.

At the heart of this module is a shift in focus towards identifying resources and potential, then leveraging these in the direction you wish to go. This also includes simply trying out something new; be it habits that we want to establish or new tools for working together.

Based on the initial steps of overcoming obstacles and gaining clarity for action, this modul fosters a holistic development path that encourages stepping out of comfort zones, engaging in practical experimentation, and building networks outside of your familiar environments.

SOME MORES SHIFTS

I have learned to appreciate small changes because they help us to move forward. I have also realized that it is necessary to act now.

Applying what we have learned has shown me how important it is to try new things and learn from these experiences. That’s how we really grow.

I have come to understand that new habits and tools for collaboration are not obstacles, but opportunities.

Learning together and growing beyond our limits not only helped me at work, but also helped me personally.

I have learned to look at my current resources and make the best of them
